Do you Travel?

Yes, I travel within 21 miles. Anything over 21 miles is 65 cents per mile round trip.

How long have you been doing this?

My love for photography blossomed in the year of 2021. From 2021 to 2023 I built a little towards my portfolio. From there my passion grew more towards photography. I registered my business in 2023 to protect the name. In 2024, I obtained my business license, and began studying to obtain my certification from the PPA(Professional Photographers of America).

How many photos do we get?

It all depends on the chosen package.

Additional images are $10 per image. If rushed, then it's $5 per image plus a percentage that's added to your chosen package total.

How do we get our photos?

Images are delivered to you in a Digital Gallery via the email you provided. A link to your Digital Gallery can also be sent via Text.

We also offer prints.

Do you retouch photos?

Yes,

Standard: No Additional Cost

(Includes lighting, color correction, light skin smoothing, gentle teeth whitening, and overall image cleanup.


Anything that changes your appearance

(like body shaping or heavy retouching)

is considered a special retouching enhancement.


Advanced edits beyond the standard touch up: $20 per image

(Skin Smoothing, Major Blemish Removal, Clothing Fixes, Hair Fixes, Object Removal, Face Adjustments, Body Shaping)

Whats your turn around time?

Two Weeks(Business Days) excluding Holidays and weekends for images and prints.

One Week (Business Days) for Mini Sessions.

NOTE: Images and prints can sometimes arrive in less than two weeks.

Deposit

All photography services require a non-refundable, non-transferrable $20-25 charge. This charge is deducted automatically from your chosen package total. All balances must paid in full 24 hours before the shoot. If the remaining balance is paid on the day of the shoot, there will be a $5.00 additional charge added. This charge is added to the remaining balance as a late fee.

What should we wear?

Your attire should be chosen with colors that blend, and not overpower. Seasonal colors are great for any occasion. Feel free to reach out, I would love to help.

what if I want two locations, and it's within 21 miles?

Of course, if your first location is within 21 miles then there will be no charge for your selected location. If your preference is to choose a second location still within those 21 miles, then there would be a $10 fee. Your request for two locations would need to be mentioned during booking..

Can I bring anyone with me who is not in the photo?

If your location is outdoors, you can bring whomever, and however many people you would like. As long as their presence doesn't interfere with the photoshoot.

If your location is the in-home studio, you may only bring no more than 2 guests due to limited space.

Note: To add anyone additional to the shoot is a $5 fee per person, and their name must be added to the contract.

Refund/cancelation policy.

A non-refundable deposit of $20-25 is required at booking to hold your date. This deposit secures your time and cannot be transferred or refunded.

The remaining balance is refundable if cancellation is communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are subject to a partial refund, with $10 retained from the remaining balance.

When you're ready to reschedule the $20 fee is not required again if booked within 60 days.

What if the print size listed is unavailable for the image I want?

The company that I purchase my prints from, provides only a selection of print sizes on captured exposures. If a specific print size is unavailable for that reason, then I will deduct $5 from your total.

As a growing photographer, I'm still learning to master specific print sizes that I will offer. This relates to the company having the print size available, but the exposure I captured isn't capable of being placed in the print size. After the attempt of re-editing to make adjustments is completed, and if I'm unsuccessful. Then I will deduct $10 from your total.

What if I don't like my photos?

I understand that I can't make everyone happy. If you for any reason are unhappy with your photos, please don't hesitate to reach out and communicate with me so I can try my best to rectify the situation.

Can I have my digital images rushed?

Yes, Absolutely!

-Expedited week Service: 7 Business Day. ($5 per image plus $15 added to the total).

-Priority 5-Day Service ($5 per image plus $30 added to the total).

-Quick 2-3 Business Day Turnaround ($5 per image plus $50 added to the total).

-Rapid 1-2 Business Day Service ($5 per image plus $75 added to the total).

-24 Hour Express Delivery ($5 per image plus $80 added to the total).
